How will you make an impact in this role?

The candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of the product, from conception to launch, working directly with engineers, designers and various other cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Own and be accountable for the requirements and delivery of the Rewards and Benefits experiences for GCS customers across multiple products
  • Partner on discovery with business subject matter experts and UX designers to grow revenue, improve customer experience, and differentiate our product
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, to prioritize features and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Drive the development of user-stories, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate product requirements and user flows effectively
  • Build and actively lead a product backlog of features and capabilities that are groomed and prioritized in close collaboration with the business and engineering teams
  • Facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and changes, owning all aspects of production issues and big fixes
  • Champion the product vision and roadmap with key partners and engineering teams
  • Participate in and support agile practices and ceremonies to reinforce agile development and incremental delivery
  • Collaborate with external and internal partners to define functionality, document capabilities, business rules, use cases, and process flows
  • Coordinate with project teams and across the wider Corporate Solutions product organization to ensure product strategy, requirements and timelines are aligned
  • Establish product goals and review success metrics to achieve commercial success and develop appropriate tracking and reporting to measure pre and post launch performance
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard practices to continuously innovate and improve our product offerings

  • Highly organized - familiarity with project management techniques, prioritization frameworks, and tools
  • Technical proficiency – ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technology and business teams
  • Agile Product Development proficiency – ability to prioritize and translate clients’ and business needs into features and user-stories

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of related experience in product development or product management
  • Proven track record of delivering digital products from concept to launch
  • Good balance of technical knowledge and business insights, working with engineers and designers on large, complex production systems in an agile environment and possesses an ability to clearly describe tradeoffs with users and engineers
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and inspire collaborators to drive partnership and alignment
  • Proven success in creating structure despite ambiguous environments
  • High attention to detail with an eye for accuracy and controls
  • Strong results-orientation, resourcefulness, and flexibility to overcome significant obstacles to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner and great team player

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A “driver” personality, constantly pushing toward transparency and delivery while balancing the need for collaboration
  • Strong experience with agile (scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and software development methodologies
  • Experience working with corporate clients and Enterprise software solutions
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or other related fields

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
