We are looking for high performing and enthusiastic Sr Quality Engineers to join our Global Benefits team inside the Global Loyalty and Benefits area in Burgess Hill. The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for leading the E2E testing activities for Global Benefits Manager platform. This includes migration of benefits from GBM to R42.
This role will partner closely with our product owners within collaborative scrum teams, in an environment that values interesting challenges, using best practice testing and automation, and priorities your professional development.
How will you make an impact in this role?
As a Senior QE within a Product Family, you will be a proactive person with a passion for driving change and improvement across the team, including selection and adoption of automation tools and testing practices.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead development of automation and testing in a CD/CI environment
- Drive opportunities to adopt innovative testing technologies and techniques
- Lead the growth and migration related E2E test activities
- Work with engineers to drive improvements in code quality via manual and automated testing
- Develop test plans and scheduling of testing activity
- Execute test cases/scripts, including Systems Integration, Regression, and Performance Testing
- Learns, and grows professionally

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline.
- Recent hands-on testing experience with GBM/R42 migration activities and core technologies like Java, Go
- Experience in Technology, with an emphasis on QA, and proven ability in writing test cases, running functional, automated, or performance tests, and managing defects
- Solid experience in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing
- Experience with Agile, other rapid application development methods, and Waterfall SDLC
