You’ll be working in a fast-paced, global and cross-functional environment collaborating closely with our marketing partners, product and engineering. You’ll be delivering features that improve the performance and efficiency of MGM’s capabilities.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Support launch of new product feature sets and capabilities, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., product teams, engineering teams, UX design, analytics & local marketing).
  • Translate technical requirements into instructions and guidelines for marketing.
    Work directly with the MGM engineering teams within an agile environment to break down requirements into user stories and to track progress through to delivery.
  • Effective project management of features to ensure timely launches ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Contribute to all agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) to effectively deliver the product roadmap.
  • Assist with creation of presentations for executive audiences from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience of working in an agile framework is necessary.
  • Proven experience of comfortably working in ‘grey space’, solving problems through logic and a strong customer focus.
  • Experience of managing projects is a must.
  • A strong communicator with a high level of accuracy, clarity and directness.
  • Experience of managing digital experiments is a plus, but not required
  • An effective collaborator, ability to build relationships across organisational levels and functions to delivered shared objectives.
  • An active and effective learner with an inquisitive mind, who loves a challenge and thrives on stretched goals.
  • Highly analytical with an ability to interpret data into meaningful insights and drive innovation.
  • Ability to multi-task, operate autonomously, and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.
