The US Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.

The US Membership Engagement teams sits within US Customer Loyalty Marketing (USCLM) as a critical and foundational arm to deliver marketing on behalf of the enterprise to win the hearts, minds and wallets of our customers and deliver on the brand promise. As the Offers and Rewards Marketing Team, we excite Card Members to redeem points, use offers, and diversify spend through personalized, customer-first marketing and compelling, effective offers that make Membership more rewarding. How will you make an impact in this role?

The Senior Analyst will lead Merchant Amplification for Amex Offers. You will be responsible for deploying and advancing merchant offer specific marketing to excite Card Members to enroll in the offers, encourage them to redeem, and motivate them to do it again and again. This role is a key connection point between partners across Amex Offers Digital Media and US Customer Loyalty Marketing.

This role is ideal for a collaborative marketer with a passion for the customer experience who develops subject matter expertise quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Continue to execute and iterate on the Merchant Amplification Strategy
  • Partner with Amex Offers Digital Media and across US Customer Loyalty Marketing to identify relevant, timely offers and deliver to Card Members via contextual channels
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of cross-channel, merchant specific marketing campaigns including agency and vendor relationships where applicable
  • Maintain the Amex Offers landing page, cycle of featured offers, and ADA compliance of the page
  • Partner across the enterprise to influence and optimize how merchant offers show up to customers

Qualifications

  • 2 years digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrated history of effective partner management and ability to develop strong relationships across business units/team
  • Proactive self-starter who shows initiative, adapts well to change, and problem-solves independently
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excitement to learn something new and develop subject matter expertise
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort with execution platforms, pulling results, documenting learnings, and strategizing how to use those learnings

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
