How will you make an impact in this role?

As Analytics and Business Intelligence Manager for Small Business and Corporate Products, you'll be at the heart of our decision-making engine. You'll lead the way in turning complex data into clear insights that drive performance, optimize costs, and influence portfolio strategy. From tracking financial impact to unlocking the value behind customer behaviors and benefit programs, you'll be the go-to person for turning numbers into narratives.

But this isn't just about reporting, it's about leading. You'll also play a key role in structuring and overseeing strategic initiatives through a PMO lens, ensuring we stay on track, aligned, and moving forward with clarity and purpose.

Responsibilities:

· Portfolio Performance Analysis: Use advance analytical models and tools to extract key drivers and identify strategic opportunities across portfolios.

· P&L impact monitoring: Track and assess the financial impact of initiatives and benefit-related decisions to ensure profitability and optimizations.

· Benefits Spending Optimization: Analyze the usage and cost-effectiveness of benefit programs and recommend data-driven improvements.

· Actionable Reporting and Insights: Develop regular and ad hoc reports to provide actionable insights for product, strategy, marketing, and finance teams, enhancing decision-making.

· Project Management Leadership: Establish and oversee PMO methodologies, ensuring structured follow-up on strategic initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

· Analytical Thinking & Data Interpretation – Ability to break down complex data, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights to guide strategic decisions.

· Financial Acumen – Strong understanding of financial metrics, P&L, and cost-benefit analysis (CBAs) to evaluate the impact of initiatives.

· Data Visualization & Communication – Skill in translating data into clear, actionable visuals and reports (using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel) and effectively communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.

· Project Management – Proficiency in applying PMO methodologies, managing timelines, tracking project progress, and aligning stakeholders.

· Problem-Solving & Business Insight – Ability to connect data with business context, anticipate risks or inefficiencies, and proactively recommend strategic or operational improvements.
