The Membership Rewards (MR) team is part of ICS Italy and responsible for making membership essential through the delivery of relevant, differentiated, world-class loyalty experiences that drive demand and inspire cardmembers to deepen allegiance. The Membership Rewards team is responsible for the management, economics, engagement strategy, operations and customer experience of our proprietary rewards program, Membership Rewards.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Support the MR Team in the implementation of the loyalty strategy in the market and the E2E MR product oversight
  • Support the relationship with global and local Membership Rewards Partners with a focus on nurturing phase (supervising the BAU MR related operative processes, information flows and payments) in order to respect contractual agreements and internal policies
  • Support Project Management activities related to new MR projects
  • Support the E2E Membership Rewards legal and financial Governance as well as 1st level of control activities
  • Support the E2E handling of marketing campaigns (implementation, monitoring and communication activities)
  • Support in the developing/delivering of MR specific analytics (recurring and ad hoc)
  • Responsible for reviewing marketing materials (Acquisition & Product) and oversight the MR Digital Content management
  • Act as point of contact for MR related Complaints Management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent experience or at least 2 years’ experience in American Express Italy
  • Self-motivated, energetic team player with ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with all levels of management
  • Structured, independent and results-oriented
  • Analytical and conceptual abilities
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel (familiar to pivot tables and formulas language) and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in both Italian and English, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Amex internal systems is a plus
