Within the International Card Services, we are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team. The role is accountable for supporting on key tactical aspects of acquisition business planning, campaign analysis, and investment optimization.
How will you make an impact in this role?
This is a high visibility role that will work cross-functionally to support on forecasting and planning, drive forward the R&O process, evaluate investment trade-offs based on cost-benefit analysis to guide accurate marketing investment decisions, support pivotal initiatives geared toward scaling efficient acquisition for our Consumer and Small Business products.
The ideal candidate will have investment analytics and financial reporting experience, relentless attention to detail, and the ability to build and demonstrate positive relationships with the team and partners.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in some combination of marketing strategy, analytics, finance, product development, or management consulting
- Strong quantitative skills with ability to conduct and pro-actively develop campaign/deal analysis, manipulate and synthesize data into actionable findings to assess the return on investments
- Ability to work well under pressure and to balance multiple priorities with tight deadlines
- Ability to break down complex problems in simple ways and tell a story with data
- Presentation skills with proven ability to communicate effectively across levels and tailor complex messages to executive audiences
- Intellectually curious with a systems-thinking attitude
- Software application skills - advanced in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient in Italian and English, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building financial models for forecasting and budget planning
- Experience with data visualization tools such as TM1, Oracle, OBIEE, Tableau and Power BI will be preferred
