Membership Portfolio Services, within our US Consumer Services Business, is responsible for developing and scaling several growing businesses that are strategically important to American Express. We are developing unique and differentiated ways to strengthen the Membership Model by connecting Card Members with Merchants that create opportunities to help drive our growth over the mid-to-long term.

How will you make an impact in this role?

The Senior Analyst, Amex Offers Enterprise Initiatives is a critical role that sits within the Amex Offers Digital Media team. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Amex Offers Enterprise Initiatives and will be responsible for supporting strategic workstreams across American Express where Amex Offers plays a key role in the Card Member value proposition.

  • Support Amex Offers enterprise marketing initiatives and heat moments, including Offers marketing amplification through various channels and activations
  • Own project coordination across multiple stakeholders, projects, and initiatives, ensuring status reports are up to date and accurate
  • Oversee the Offers setup and execution process for enterprise initiatives, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Interface directly with partner teams and collaborate in productive, timely, and proactive manner
  • Conduct thorough risk and compliance processes with proper controls
  • Ensure all aspects of the American Express Code of Conduct are adhered to so that we uphold the highest standards in our interactions with our customers and compliantly to meet all regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Proficient organization and planning skills are essential, detail oriented with ability to think “end-to-end”
  • Strong sense of integrity and ability to develop productive and collaborative working relationships
  • Proficient oral and written communication with the ability to translate strategic thinking into effective presentations
  • Interest /experience in project management, organizational and process/workflow skills
  • Team player, comfortable working in “white space” and willing to take on incremental responsibilities
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
