How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
In Marketing life cycle Merchant Data Validation (MDV) team plays the most critical role in enabling the launch of campaign. We prepare the campaign bonusing list by validating of all Merchant locations that will be used in the bonusing list of existing and new Amex offers. The process aims at improving campaign accuracy and also enhance customer experience. These campaign could be either be Merchant funded or Amex funded.
Data Validation of GMS marketing campaigns . Research on merchants to be included in Amex offers.
• Weekly and Bi-weekly and monthly reporting of Data validation files as well as Amex offers to ECMX partners
• Maintain the bonusing list of embedded benefits offered to US & Canada based Card Members
• Ensures all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods and procedures
• Manage all stakeholders , streamline and standardize process , drive process efficiencies , lead adhoc projects and adhoc requests , mobilize the team and drive customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of experience in research, data management and reporting
Technical & leadership skills required
Strong leadership skills with ability to build relationships, mobilize cross functional teams and leverage authority in a highly matrixed organization that has a presence across globe
Demonstrated strategic thinking, proven ability to drive results and robust problem solving skills
Excellent power point, presentation and advance excel skills
Demonstrates analytical and systematic approach to problem solving.
Comfortable working with large sets of data.
Ability to execute and promote quality strategies

Ability to clearly communicate complex messages, both in writing and verbally
Technical Skills/Capabilities:
Advanced excel & Power point

Knowledge of VBA, Tableau, Python desirable
Platform Knowledge:
Sales force, MSSS, Merchant List exchange & Lumi/Conerstone optional
