How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Support end-to-end project delivery across product lifecycle—from concept to launch and iteration
  • Maintain and track product delivery plans, key milestones, risks, and dependencie
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of scope and delivery expectations
  • Facilitate epic and feature planning, team ceremonies, and backlog prioritization in partnership with Product and Tech leads
  • Coordinate inputs for PI planning and help manage cross-team dependencies and delivery sequencing
  • Track delivery status and maintain transparency on progress, blockers, and risks
  • Ensure projects follow appropriate governance, compliance, and reporting standards
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and delivery health reports for key stakeholders and leadership
  • Act as a connector across Product, Engineering, and Business teams
  • Facilitate communication across levels—from scrum teams to executive updates

Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Adminstration, Information Systems Technology or related field preferred
    • Good to have – Rally/JIRA/Confluence experience
    • Good to have – Agile/Scrum methodology experience
    • Excellent time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects
    • Good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record of driving digital innovation and business metrics with a customer-first mindset
    • Good to have - Experience in risk management disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile delivery practices and product Management
  • Ability to translate product vision into execution plans with clear ownership and milestones
  • Proficiency with project management and agile tools (e.g., Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working across multiple priorities.
