Our Digital Marketing and Partnership team is growing, and we need you. Are you ready to take on a critical role that enables everything we do as a team? We’re looking for a meticulous, proactive, and action-driven Associate – Third Party Relationship Manager to join our team on a 12-month secondment.


How to make an impact in this role
Our Associates are in the center, and this role in particular will support new projects and initiatives for all our digital products and tools, for example the Amex Experiences App, Self Servicing Portal (SSP) and more.

The role will be focused on third-party risk management processes, ensuring contractual compliance, monitoring, aligning with regulatory and internal standards. You'll work cross-market with vendors and collaborators to safeguard operational excellence and strengthen our governance framework.


What You'll Do:

  • Drive the end-to-end Third-Party Relationship Management (TRM) processes, supervising our partners that support our digital tools and products.
  • Collaborate with project managers in the team for New Product Approval and onboarding processes ensuring that we have correct approvals in place for launches of digital tools across international markets.
  • Manage contracts end-to-end, including review, compliance, and renewal. Identify and address gaps, creating clear remediation plans with partners and collaborators.
  • Oversee TLM (Third-Party Lifecycle Management) and ensure partners meet the required standards to stay compliant.
  • Lead partner governance routines, ensuring we keep a transparent collaboration and alignment with vendors, collaborators and colleagues across different markets and teams.


Minimum qualifications
We’re looking for someone who can action and take ownership at the right time to secure success across multiple teams. You are someone who has:

  • Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and oral. (Any other Nordic language is a plus.)
  • Great structure and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a big international company.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work close and build strong relationships with both internal and external collaborators.
  • The ability to identify risks and think strategically around meeting goals and objectives.
  • Willingness and curiosity to find solutions effectively, demonstrating proactive problem-solving.
