How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also, they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
· We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to support our Global Supply Management team with strong focus on Canada. This role will provide analytical, reporting and coordination support across sourcing, cost optimization and compliance activities.
· The ideal candidate is skilled at handling data, building reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficient and value creation with procurement background.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Economics or related field.
· 2 years of experience in procurement, data analysis or related function preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsot Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis) and Power Point (building clear, professional presentations).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skill; experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableu) is an asset.
· Excellent English communication skills (writing and verbal).
· Ability to work effectively under preasure and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
· Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
· Category Support: Gather and analyze market intelligence, supplier data and benchmarks to support sourcing strategies in Canada.
· Supplier Coordination: Maintain communication with Canada suppliers, track performance and ensure accurate and timely data reporting.
· Sourcing Support: Assist in preparing sourcing events (RFPs, RFQs, bids), evaluating proposals and supporting contract documentation.
· Cost & Value Tracking: Monitor and report cost savings process improvements. Elaboration of supplier performance metrics.
· Cross- Fuctional Collaboration: Partner with Procurement teams to align suppliers and reporting activities.
· Operational Support: Support supplier onboarding and administrative task to ensure accuracy and compliance in Canada.
