Description
You will be part of the dynamic and innovative WiFi System team! The team is responsible for ensuring the WiFi system meets the system performance specification and functions correctly. The system performance KPIs and functionalities include RvR, MU-MIMO, MU-OFDMA, Beamforming, and Coexistence. You will be responsible for developing and/or executing test methodologies for validating the connectivity performance of the state-of-the-art WiFi systems. You will work with design engineers and system integration/test engineers
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree +3 years of relevant experience.
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge in wireless communication systems: 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ac/be
- Experience testing WiFi systems in a lab
- Experience developing and automating tests for wireless systems.
- Experience using and understanding lab equipment: signal analyzer, signal generator, spectrum analyzer, WiFi signaling tester. Proficiency with CMW500 or an equivalent is a plus.
- Experience using and understanding test tools: Sniffer, Wireshark, iperf, or equivalent
- Experience with Python, Shell scripting, Perl, JavaScript, and/or C#
- Proficiency with using and controlling APs is a plus.
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering; MS or Ph.D preferred
