The AppleCare Finance team is closely aligned with the business and is one of the best business partnering organizations inside of Apple. This highly visible role will be focused on supporting AppleCare Finance, Retail Finance, and AppleCareʼs Service teams by providing guidance, tools, data, reporting, process recommendations, financial analysis, and business metrics.

Description

We are looking for an outgoing professional with high analytical capacity, creativity, attention to detail, and strong social skills to support the WW AppleCare Finance Organization. The position requires the ability to complete complex financial analysis, work cross-functionally and with local teams in the region, develop and execute business strategies, identify business opportunities, and recommend and present business updates to senior management. The position is the perfect intersection of Finance, Business Partnering, and Data Science.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of progressive, relevant Finance experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting or other related field

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of data design and analysis, inclusive of data pre-processing, cleaning, editing, model building and analysis
  • Proven technical database knowledge (Oracle / PL) and experience optimizing SQL queries on large data
  • Ability to retrieve, analyze, and manipulate large datasets; data visualiztion experience with Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and/or Business Objects
  • Ability to provide relevant business insights with data
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and social skills, with solid attention to detail
  • Strong business mindset, possessing an ability to condense complex analysis and technical concepts into clear and concise takeaways for business leaders
  • Ability to comprehensively understand data elements, sources, and relationships in business and technical terms.
  • Creativity to go beyond current tools to deliver the best solution to the problem
