As the Senior Financial Analyst within Retail Real Estate, you will support robust analytics of recently completed stores, identify revenue and profitability opportunities from 500+ existing stores, and develop cases and support for entering new markets. You will partner with multiple teams identifying incremental growth from recent and upcoming real estate investment decisions. Finally, this position works closely with Retail R&D and Real Estate leadership driving new store initiatives and building business cases on new go-to-market strategies and store formats.

Description

Provide management oversight for a team on key roles & responsibilities, driving broader business initiatives, and developing talent. Foster healthy business relationships across Real Estate, Market Analysis, Retail Finance, Retail Analytics, and Geo Expansion. Drive key performance and operational insights of new stores and significant replacement investments, influencing remedial actions and future strategy. Create robust, flexible, and visually engaging data analyzing over 500 Retail stores across a variety of performance and profitability metrics. Partner with Market Analysis and WW Sales Finance to understand current point-of-sale coverage and size incremental opportunity in new and existing markets. Develop business models for new go-to-market strategies and return on investment analytics for new Real Estate initiatives. Find opportunities for further investment in new markets, supporting the end-to-end process of entering new countries with all financial requirements to doing business. Build polished reporting and presentations that are frequently seen by Retail Leadership, the CFO, and CEO.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of relevant Finance experience
  • Bachelor's or equivalent in Finance or other related field

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7-8 years of experience in roles covering financial analytics and modeling, communicating succinctly to leadership, and effectively influencing business behavior
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-growing environment, with preference towards prior Finance or analytical focused experiences (e.g. Corporate, Financial Services, Consulting, etc.)
  • Proven track record crafting robust models and recommendations based on analyzing a large amount of information
  • Great organizational skills and focus prioritizing day-to-day business needs while driving long range projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization; Ability to present complex financial concepts in a concise and compelling way
  • Working with retailers and route to market strategies a plus
  • Experience with Excel, Business Objects, and Tableau
