The WW Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) focus on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and standard processes to deliver the best customer experience in the Channel, and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical and people enablement spaces, WW CSO closely collaborate with many cross-functional teams at both WW and regional levels. We are looking for a Product Manager to own the product strategy, development, and scaling of a next-generation content planning and performance platform for our global content supply chain. This platform will be critical to delivering seamless, personalized, AI-optimized digital experiences to millions of users around the world. You’ll be responsible for designing and evolving content tools and structured data models that power smarter content discovery, enable agile geo-adoption workflows, and unlock full-funnel measurement for our content operations. You’ll work at the intersection of content strategy, platform product development, workflow optimization, telemetry, and AI experimentation. This is a foundational leadership role where you’ll set the product vision, collaborate cross-functionally across content, creative, Marcom, product marketing, engineering, and data teams, and deliver tangible business value through innovation, operational rigor, and strategic execution.
