We are seeking an outstanding Product Operations leader to join our Product Success team, a part of the Commerce Organization for Apple Services - including the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, TV+, Fitness+, Apple One and more. Here, you’ll do more than join something — you’ll add something! The Commerce Organization develops pricing, transactional, messaging and growth marketing Capabilities for our stakeholder partners to acquire new customers, monetize and/or transact services and apps, and deliver ongoing mechanisms for engagement and value for our Customers, our Partners and Apple. This is a uniquely cross-functional position, broad-reaching and influential. You’ll be encouraged to partner with all Product Managers across the Commerce Capability portfolio, empowering them to build foundational and next-generation features which would meet the business priorities of 1P Partners in Apple Services, 3P Developer and Publishing Partners. This role also partners with other development teams such as Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Decision Science & Analytics, Design and more, to optimize our Product Development Process, Project Life Cycle, and Partner Adoption approach— with a goal of reducing friction as we bring Commerce Organization Product Capabilities to market.
