Apple's US Decision Intelligence (DI) team is looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about crafting, implementing, and operating AI solutions that have a direct and measurable impact on Apple Sales and its customers. We’re seeking a visionary US DI AI Product Manager to be the strategic product owner of our Sales GenAI gateway platform and ecosystem. You will translate business, operational, and sales enablement needs into scalable AI capabilities—bridging the gap between sales leaders, engineering, data science, and AI agents. You’ll manage roadmaps that integrate GenAI features like chatbots, summarization, anomaly detection, and agentic workflows into intuitive digital touchpoints.
