AppleCare Business Insights, Operations, and Systems (ACBIOS) transforms complex data into insights that improve Apple products, services, and customer experiences. We are seeking a Data Scientist with expert-level Snowflake SQL and Tableau skills to focus on AppleCare hardware diagnostics. In this role, you will work with massive datasets, build advanced dashboards, and deliver analyses that guide engineering decisions and support operations. You will partner closely with engineering and diagnostics platform teams to transform data into curated datasets, compelling visualizations, and actionable insights that directly improve Apple’s hardware service experience.
