The Compensation Programs Analyst supports critical programs, infrastructure, and end-to-end delivery of compensation planning events and special projects. This role brings structure, data integrity, and project discipline to complex initiatives. Collaborates with key partners to inform analytics and ensure key processes.
  • Manage governance processes related to job architecture and other compensation infrastructure, facilitating reviews and approvals
  • Deliver ad hoc analytics to inform the direction of strategic projects. Develop compelling data visualizations and build presentations for leader and key stakeholder alignment
  • Assist in execution of recurring compensation programs, ensuring process consistency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Maintain detailed project plans, document key decisions, and track milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates to monitor project health and portfolio performance
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining planning cycles and reducing manual effort
  • Work closely with the Compensation Business Analysis Manager and Compensation Enablement Lead to identify data driven solutions to improve operational efficiency, process improvement, and stakeholder experience
  • Support Compensation team operations including annual calendar, budget, and process documentation
  • 3+ years experience in compensation strategy and programs. Some compensation consulting experience is preferred
  • Experience in managing projects, business analysis or operations
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Results orientated and are comfortable with ambiguity. Navigating and shifting in a constantly evolving environment does not disrupt focus or goals!
  • An excellent communicator, with a consistent track record of building positive relationships with partners, even when interests may conflict.
  • Highly analytical and enjoys using data to tell a story and build influence. Comfortable analyzing data and using it on a regular basis.
  • Thrives in the details, with the ability to dive deep in the details and integrate the bigger picture
  • An energetic, self-starter with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a complex and fast-paced environment
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,500 and $166,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
