We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead large-scale initiatives that contribute to Apple device security, and also to collaborate with other Apple organizations to achieve cross-functional initiatives for iOS devices. This senior role requires strategic thinking, program leadership, and deep collaboration across engineering and operations. You will be a key partner to senior engineering leaders, ensuring alignment of priorities, and effective cross-functional coordination.
Define and drive multi-year program roadmaps for the server applications under this role’s responsibility. Coordinate among business and engineering teams to clearly define requirements, confirm application software and system integration design approach, and deliver solutions and enhancements.
- Partner with leaders in cross-functional Apple teams to prioritize investments balancing short-term delivery with long-term application roadmap.
- Engage and partner with cross-functional EPMs to coordinate, align and build or support programs while managing stakeholder engagement.
- Lead cross-functional engineering programs focused on new feature support, business enhancements, and internal platform initiatives.
- At least 4+ years driving application development, or platform engineering programs.
- Proven track record of leading multi-team programs in highly available, large-scale distributed systems or cloud environments.
- Proficient with software development processes, D2P, and system integrations.
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, service delivery, or engineering leadership
- Demonstrated success in executive stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
