Join the AppleCare Finance team and be part of a group that collaborates closely with business partners to help drive strategic decisions and positively influence financial performance. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our AppleCare Finance team.
  • Lead and support key financial planning processes for AppleCare, including short-term and long-range forecasts, and quarter close activities
  • Build and maintain advanced financial models to support comprehensive tracking and analysis of AppleCare P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement
  • Consolidate and analyze financial results across AppleCare functions. Identify key business drivers, trends, risks, and actionable opportunities
  • Perform variance analysis on actuals versus forecast and deliver clear, concise explanations to Finance and business leadership
  • Prepare, review, and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance counterparts, Operations, Business Development, Supply Chain, Product and GBS teams to align on financial strategy
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes, with a focus on automation, scalability, and accuracy
  • Internship experience in corporate finance/ FP&A
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Tableau, Dataiku, and financial systems such as SAP are a plus
  • Experience consolidating data and providing clear, actionable insights for senior management
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and experience with quarter close activities
  • Effective communicator with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deliverables
  • Curious, proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, business-partnering approach
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to evolving business needs
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $88,300 and $133,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
