IS&T Business Planning is an exciting & dynamic organization working with customers in Apple’s Lines of Business and IS&T teams across the globe. This is a hands-on position where you will be involved in requirements analysis, functional and technical design discussions, testing, proof-of-concept, working with partners, and more.

- Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas
- Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization
- Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline
- Play an active role in improving how capabilities are built in the Business Planning organization
- Set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with external organizations to develop and improve Business Planning’s application suite
- 7+ years experience in business process design and functional systems design
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings with team members as well as partners across multiple functions in an organization
- Outstanding analytical skills and experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting key business and financial data
- Polished project management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to translate problem statements into actionable functional and technical design requirements
- Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally across large global organizations
- Relentless focus on details, accuracy, and quality
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Program / Project Management applications such as Clarity
- Influencer that knows how to connect the dots at the project, team, and organizational levels
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast paced, changing environment
- Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload, while demonstrating Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities
