The Apple IS&T SAP OCM team sits at the heart of how Apple builds and sustains world-class SAP technology expertise across its global workforce. We are a team of passionate learning professionals, technical trainers, and program managers dedicated to enabling a culture of continuous growth, innovation, and deep functional and technical excellence within SAP@Apple. Apple's SAP technology landscape is evolving rapidly — with new platforms, tools, and capabilities emerging at an unprecedented pace. The L&D team plays a critical role in ensuring that Apple's SAP workforce is not just keeping up, but leading. This is a rare opportunity to shape how employees learn, grow, and innovate within one of the world's most admired technology companies. You will partner closely with IS&T Technical and Functional leaders, to design, build, and deliver learning experiences that are as thoughtful and innovative as the products Apple creates for the world.
We are looking for an exceptional OCM Project Lead to own and evolve the SAP@Apple Learning &Development strategy. This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution — sitting at the intersection of enterprise technology, adult learning, and organizational development. You will lead a team of technical trainers and project managers, own the end-to-end SAP OCM L&D roadmap, and drive next-generation learning experiences powered by GenAI and emerging technologies. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, a champion for the employee learning experience, and a catalyst for innovation in how Apple's SAP community grows and develops. If you are energized by the challenge of building best-in-class learning programs at enterprise scale — and excited about shaping the future of AI-powered learning — this role is for you
  • Own and evolve the L&D strategic roadmap for all SAP@Apple Technology and Functional teams, spanning new hire onboarding, technical upskilling, and employee development programs
  • Interface with SAP Technical and Functional teams and SAP Vendor Partner on SAP@Apple roadmap and create a L&D Program plan to support their training needs
  • Partner with IS&T Technology and Functional leaders, to identify, prioritize, and respond to learning needs and opportunities across the organization
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to senior stakeholders, translating complex organizational needs into clear, actionable program plans
  • Drive innovative approaches to learning that engage and excite SAP technology learners through new-age methodologies, platforms, and delivery formats
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technical trainers and project managers
  • Drive and deliver strategic technology training initiatives with a focus on New Hire readiness and upskilling existing employees on emerging SAP and enterprise technologies
  • Oversee content development to ensure all team deliverables are high quality, technically accurate, and aligned with organizational requirements and learner needs
  • Support org readiness and training programs for the rollout of new tools, processes, and people development initiatives
  • Design and deliver learning experiences across digital, live-streamed, and in-person environments, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all learners
  • Identify process improvement opportunities across tools, workstreams, and systems — and drive solutions from conception through implementation
  • Conduct regular needs assessments to ensure the L&D portfolio remains relevant, impactful, and aligned with evolving business priorities
  • 4 years of team leadership experience with a strong track record of developing, motivating, and retaining talent
  • 4 years experience with SAP technologies
  • 4 years hands on working experience of SAP PM projects
  • 4 years hands on experience developing and facilitating technical learning programs — including courses, case studies, and tutorials — for software engineering or other technical audiences
  • 4 years hands on experience designing and delivering learning in digital, live-streamed, and in-person environments
  • 4 years working in engineering, information design, training and development, program management, or a related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Organizational Leadership, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, or related SAP ecosystem technologies strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to consult with and influence senior leaders, synthesizing complex needs into clear program plans and recommendations
  • Strong program management skills — setting goals, building project plans, managing delivery, mitigating risks, measuring outcomes, and reporting on impact
  • Genuine passion for training, development, and technology-focused learning solutions
