Join Claris, an Apple company, as a Manager of Technical Project/Program Managers. We are seeking a talented manager to build and lead a high performing team of program managers that support the entire product development lifecycle across various functions including Software Engineering, Product Management, QA, Legal, Customer Success, Design, Finance, and Marketing while fostering innovation, collaboration, and operational effectiveness. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering high-quality software solutions for Claris to the market.
As the Manager of this team, you will hire, lead, coach, inspire and develop a team of Technical Program/Project Managers that are tasked with driving complex projects across our Claris platform, responsible for delivering exciting features while continuing to meet our tight deadlines and high quality levels.
- Establish project/program practice, develop and manage a team of Technical Project/Program Managers (TPMs)
- Oversee the program management of various lines of Claris products, ensuring successful, hi-quality releases.
- Establish and lead the operating cadence that coordinates the full value chain for product initiatives, managing dependencies from initiation through completion, and tracking realized benefits against intended outcomes after launch.
- Champion a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration within the team, fostering a high-performance environment focused on delivering impactful solutions for customers.
- 10+ years experience in software engineering project or program management, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle from inception to launch.
- 3+ years experience in leading and developing high-performing teams of project managers
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software products, emphasizing continuous improvement and operational rigor
- Extensive expertise in managing processes across the software development lifecycle with a focus on metrics and efficiency.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and develop actionable solutions in the GenAI space.
- Familiar with SaaS-specific rhythms (monthly releases, continuous deployment pipelines, SLAs)
