The Apple Wallet team is seeking a top-flight and experienced professional to drive the evolution of our customer experience and product management across Apple Wallet.
We are seeking a motivated candidate who is eager to work on the most exciting technology to transform the experience of digital wallets. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap for key aspects of Apple Wallet. You will partner directly with Engineering, Human Interface, other functional teams across Apple, as well as external partners, to lead product vision, strategy, and deliver solutions that enhance the customer experience. You will be a champion for Apple Wallet customers, ensuring their needs are met through seamless and intuitive experiences throughout their relationship with Apple Wallet. You should have significant experience building and launching consumer products, passion for helping users achieve delightful and efficient digital to physical experiences. You will be expected to guide teams leading complex, cross-functional projects and drive progress by diving into technical details when needed. - Guide teams across Human Interface, Engineering, other Product Managers, Legal, and business stakeholders, leading intricate cross-functional projects.
- Drive progress by evangelizing product strategy to build alignment across stakeholders.
- Challenge assumptions and deliver solutions first and foremost with Apple’s customers in
- mind despite the complexity that is often behind the scenes.
- Delve into technical details while simultaneously considering the end-to-end experience and
- fostering innovation within a rapidly evolving domain.
- Represent business priorities and customer needs throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Drive go-to-market planning and execution, ensuring readiness across all stakeholders and optimizing for measurable impact.
- 7+ years of experience in a hands-on product management role, leading design, feature
- breakdown and projects/products from inception to shipped software.
- Track record of building consumer products with strong collaboration across cross-functional
- teams, including designers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
- Proven experience launching and scaling customer-focused products, including go-to-market and communication strategies
- Proficiency in delivering products across a variety of screen sizes and proportions, developing on platforms including iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, visionOS, and tvOS.
- B.A./B.S./M.S. EE/CS or equivalent.
- Effective communicator with the ability to synthesize complex topics, distill key business dynamics, and communicate effectively with senior executives.
- Additionally, you should possess exceptional presentation skills and be able to articulate a compelling vision and requirements that motivate the team and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Technical proficiency with a strong emphasis on user experience, business acumen, and the ability to navigate the payments and e-commerce ecosystem.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) at all levels of an organization.
- Strong collaborator with technical, operations, and security teams to develop and support API-based products with complex integrations
- Effective problem solver with the ability to structure ambiguous situations and drive actionable insights
- Hands-on experience with data analytics and reporting tools to measure customer engagement and improve portfolio performance
