APPLE INC has the following available in New york, New York. Promote Apple StoreKit feature integration to Developers in the US, Canada and Latin America. Maintain and leverage knowledge of App Store Commerce capabilities to instruct developers on their product offering. Prepare presentation material regarding the App Store Commerce Platform. Promote Apple StoreKit feature integration to Developers. Receive and synthesize feedback from developers on our commerce offering including to how enhance products. Provide input and guidance on how best to support developer product offering against app & in-app purchase product offerings. Work with peer teams to provide feedback and help shape our product offering. Participate and help steer cross-functional discussions on our commerce roadmap and feature capabilities. Provide direct guidance to key 3rd-party (3P) partners on the App Store to support their business and technical needs utilizing the App Stores In-app purchase and StoreKit tools Generate 3P developer guidance and materials on feature implementation, best practices, testing and requirements. Generate and influence product requirements on 3P developer facing commerce API’s, testing tools, UI and features. Review Client and server technical documentation drafts before publishing to developer.apple.com. Subject matter expert (SME) on all things StoreKit and 3P Mobile Software business models and advise all ASE teams as needed. Manages 3P developer’s implementation of an undisclosed program. Manages an undisclosed program requiring close 3P implementation guidance, access, documentation and guidance to App Store business management. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $203,300 - $305,600/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. - 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- 5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Leveraging data visualization, including technical API’s, sequence diagrams and formatting analytics data – and experience in presenting data to senior engineers and managers.
- Partnership management experience with large software developers and able to provide business and technical guidance, synthesize developer feedback.
- Utilizing presentation skills of business and technical content in a 1:1 and 1:n formats.
- Utilizing technical documentation drafting and analysis on best practices for merchandising and entitlement of in-app purchases.
- Leveraging local market knowledge of mobile software business models in LatAm.
- Designing technical products for client and server API’s for in-app purchases.
- Testing in-app purchase functionality on iOS, MacOS, tvOS and visionOS.
- Utilizing StoreKit frameworks on purpose, implementation and best practices – languages include Swift, C++, Java, Node JS, Python.
- Utilizing mobile software business models using in-app purchases, including consumable, non-consumable and subscription based products.
- Using REST API’s to verify our server API’s functionality and the transactional data is available and accurate
- Debugging and support capability utilizing Splunk for log storage and analysis.
