We are seeking a self-motivated engineer to support the development of advanced III-V devices.
- Work with external vendors to coordinate the growth and fabrication of III-V devices.
- Ensure that the epitaxial growth and fabrication processes are sufficiently advanced for mass production.
- Drive growth and fabrication process changes to improve device yield.
- Guide the transition from R&D to NPI.
- Contribute to other areas of device development, including failure analysis, testing, and reliability.
- B.S. Degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Experience with epitaxial growth and fabrication of optoelectronic devices.
- Experience scaling III-V development projects from R&D to NPI.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Ph.D. degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Experience with optoelectronic device testing.
- Experience with failure analysis and reliability.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Accountable with a self-initiative and proactive attitude.
