APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Design, architect and implement new apps and frameworks primarily in Swift. Analyze product requirements, engaging with team members and customers to define solutions, and estimating the scope of work required. Deliver solutions that can keep up with a rapidly evolving product. Develop software that works in safety-critical environments, and build test and verification pipelines that ensure reliability and resiliency. Write comprehensive unit tests and work closely with software integration teams for the software delivered. Participate in architecture and coding reviews, and conduct hiring interviews. Test applications, and work with Quality Assurance teams to build robust testing suites to ensure quality. Design, architect, and implement applications using cutting edge Generative AI tools like Large Language Models. Work with machine learning teams to define product requirements and tune LLMs to deliver production ready software. Partner with design teams to prototype new features and take design ideas into production level features. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $151,232 - $220,900/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.   • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience and/or education must include:
  • Utilizing Swift language to build modern iOS applications and infrastructure.
  • Utilizing iOS frameworks to build iOS user interfaces including UIKit or SwiftUI.
  • Utilizing Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
  • Writing project plans to break down and plan tasks or features.
  • Using debugging tools to review performance and crash logs to pinpoint issues in software.
  • Building iOS applications using Swift or Objective-C to prototype user experiences.
  • Using continuous integration tools (CI) to build, test, and deploy software.
  • Using git tooling to develop, submit, and manage code across large and complex software repositories.
