This is a highly visible and exciting opportunity, rich in analysis and playing a critical role in supporting strategic decision making. This role will report to the Marketing Media Finance Lead and will involve supporting the management of spend across Apple TV Marketing initiatives. As this is a dynamic and evolving team within Apple, the right person for this role will be able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of forecast models related to the overall Marketing & Publicity P&L
  • Aid in system buildout and process improvement initiatives, including design, testing, and implementation of financial tools
  • Reconcile and consolidate actuals across multiple financial systems, by title and territory
  • Support quarter-end close by preparing journal entries, results reporting, and variance analyses
  • Manage Media accruals and reclasses across multiple business lines and geographies
  • Coordinate with business partners to track budgets and deliver timely management reporting
  • Maintain inception-to-date files across Marketing & Publicity to support historical tracking
  • Manage executive dashboard reporting within internal financial system
  • Review contractual agreements to track Media spend commitments
  • Prepare Keynote presentations for leadership reporting
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses as needed
  • 3+ years of accounting/finance experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Entertainment and/or media industry experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel proficiency required
  • Experience with SAP and Tableau preferred
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable operating with a high degree of ambiguity and complexity
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
