Apple's Channel Sales Enablement team is responsible for the training, program management, and performance of thousands of sales staff across partners, agencies, and Apple-badged roles spanning every major geography and route-to-market. The team operates a portfolio of digital products and programs — centered on the Sales Coach learning platform — that directly influence seller readiness, program qualification, and commercial outcomes across Apple's global channel.
As Business Analyst, you will be the analytical and operational backbone of the WW Sales Programs team. Your primary focus will be Sales Coach — Apple's channel sales LMS — where you will own data, reporting, KPI definition, and business case development. Beyond Coach, you will establish and maintain measurement standards and analytical frameworks across the team's full program portfolio, ensuring every product and initiative is measured consistently, reported accurately, and connected to clear business outcomes.
- Data & Reporting
- Own the production of recurring leadership reports — GEO performance, users/door, engagement by RTM, program completion, and assessment outcomes — replacing manual, multi-system data compilation with reliable, repeatable processes
- Respond to ad hoc leadership data requests with timely, accurate, narrative-driven outputs
- Partner with AIDP, IS&T, and MLE engineering to ensure the right metrics are inducted into the Central Data Foundation and available for consumption across the team's tools
- KPI Definition & Measurement Standards
- Define and maintain the team's KPI framework — establishing clear numerators, denominators, data sources, measurement methodology, and review cadence for every metric across all programs
- Own the KPI availability inventory: document which metrics are live in CDF, which are in progress, and which are not yet inducted — and track the remediation plan to completion
- Establish consistent measurement standards across the full programme portfolio, ensuring metrics are defined and calculated the same way across GEOs, RTMs, and product lines
- Partner with product managers and program leads to separate real-time in-app UX metrics from analytics-layer metrics, and define the appropriate measurement architecture for each
- Business Case & Capital Planning Support
- Build the quantified business case sections of capital planning submissions — including cost of inaction, baseline metrics, ROI estimates, and post-launch tracking — for BPR Gate 1 and Gate 2 reviews
- Track performance against committed metrics for all funded FY27 initiatives, providing structured progress updates to leadership and BPR at defined review cadences
- Support the annual capital planning cycle with analysis, benchmarking, and data-driven prioritization input
- Requirements & Documentation
- Support BRD and PRD processes by documenting business needs, use cases, and acceptance criteria — ensuring every product initiative is grounded in a clear, measurable business need
- Maintain data dictionaries, metric definitions, and process documentation as living assets accessible to the full team
- Document data flows, system dependencies, and reporting architectures — translating technical complexity into clear, stakeholder-ready artifacts
- Program Performance Analytics
- Monitor and report on Sales Coach usage, engagement, completion, assessment, and proficiency metrics across all RTMs, GEOs, roles, and audience types
- Produce cohort-level analysis connecting learning outcomes to commercial performance — the critical link between LMS investment and measurable sales impact
- Track evaluation framework metrics (aligned to Kirkpatrick / LTEM) at program, cohort, and individual level to demonstrate the effectiveness of training investment
- Support the team's response to partner program performance questions from geo leadership and WW stakeholders
- Stakeholder & Operational Support
- Produce structured meeting outputs, action trackers, and decision logs for key team and cross-functional meetings
- Prepare data-driven briefing materials for executive and leadership audiences — translating complex analytical outputs into clear, concise narratives
- Free up PM and program manager capacity by owning recurring analytical and operational tasks that do not require product decision-making authority
- Proficiency in SQL or equivalent — ability to query structured data sources (Snowflake /
- CDF) independently without engineering support
- Experience with ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or equivalent business intelligence platforms;
- ability to build and maintain dashboards and reports
- Demonstrated experience documenting business requirements, defining KPIs, and building
- structured business cases with quantified ROI
- Exceptional written communication — ability to translate complex data into clear,
- executive-ready narratives and recommendations
- Proven ability to work across engineering, product, and business stakeholders in a
- matrixed, cross-functional environment
- 8+ years in a business analyst, data analyst, or product operations role in a technology,
- retail, or enterprise software context
- Familiarity with learning management systems, channel sales operations, or partner

- Experience supporting annual planning, budgeting, or investment review processes in a
- product or technology organization
- Experience working with multi-GEO, multi-language data sets and the measurement
- challenges that come with global programme reporting
- Awareness of PIPL, GDPR, or equivalent data privacy frameworks applicable to employee
- and partner data
