We are looking for a proven software engineer to build and enhance our internal A/B testing and experimentation tools. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about designing and building features from start to finish. You will use data to drive decision making. You will work with our users to iterate on functionality. You will build iOS apps and frameworks to help our engineers and data scientists iterate upon and improve features for Apple customers. - Leading the design and development of major, impactful features on Apple's Experimentation and Evaluation platforms for Services Engineering
- Integrating native Swift frameworks with client applications (App Store, Music, Podcasts) to support experimentation and quality evaluation
- 8+ years professional experience with Apple native platform development (Swift, Objective-C, Xcode)
- Ability to write readable, maintainable, and performant code
- Excellent debugging, analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of UI frameworks like SwiftUI
- Comfortable writing tests for code
- Comfortable making product and UX/UI decisions
- Familiarity with build and distribution infrastructure for internal iOS applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
