Do you want to help build some of the largest and most consequential enterprise and customer technology systems in the world? Join Apple’s Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) organization. IS&T is the engine behind everything Apple does for customers and for the people who build for them. It’s Apple’s central nervous system. Supporting 2.5 billion active Apple devices, processing billions of secure transactions, and keeping the technology that defines modern life running flawlessly, IS&T makes the impossible feel effortless. Do you love building solutions to handle global complexity and immense scale? Imagine what you could do here. Imagine what you could do here. At Apple, new ideas have a way of becoming extraordinary products, services, and customer experiences. Bring passion and dedication to your job and there's no telling what you could accomplish. That same passion for innovation that goes into our products also applies to our practices, strengthening our dedication to leave the world better than we found it! Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) is part of IS&T and delivers global-scale platforms and services that keep Apple's operations secure and running. The team manages identity, device security, and anti-abuse platforms — covering everything from manufacturing and repairs to software updates and activations. ETS also oversees supply chain, manufacturing, and partner integration platforms, protecting data on more than 2.5 billion devices worldwide. And when Apple prepares for a global product launch, ETS owns the systems that ramp factory production — managing serial numbers, network credentials, and verified software. The Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Business Operations team is looking for a Business Analyst to serve as a trusted partner to the organization — driving financial planning and budget oversight, strengthening compliance, building cross-functional partnerships, and bringing an AI first mindset to how we operate.
Working as part of the Business Operations team, the Business Analyst will help translate strategic priorities into disciplined financial and operational plans, support budgeting and forecasting practices, and continuously look for opportunities to simplify and strengthen how ETS operates. This role is for someone who enjoys working with both data and people —turning operational and financial detail into clear, useful insight, and building strong cross-functional partnerships. The ideal candidate is a driver, doer, and collaborator — someone who is strategic, proactive, and highly organized, with persuasive communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for ETS initiatives and programs, including managing projects and budgets, cost attribution and reporting, and ongoing analytical and ad-hoc reporting
- Partner with leaders across ETS to build disciplined operating plans and TCO views, monitor performance against plan, and surface variances with clear recommendations
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, clarity, and scalability through AI-enabled tools and optimized processes
- Champion operational excellence across the team, continuously evolving systems and processes to support how ETS operates and performs
- Partner with IS&T teams, Finance, and business units to enable aligned, accountable execution
- 3 - 12 years of experience in program management, finance operations, strategic planning, or business operations
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management, cost modeling, and procurement processes
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with experience managing large data sets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, crafting materials that clarify priorities, surface risks, and enable timely decision-making
- Proven track record of building cross-functional relationships and driving alignment across competing priorities
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating complex, fast-moving environments
- Hands-on familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Relentless focus on detail, accuracy, and quality
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (such as workflow automation, AI assistants, or analytics platforms) to streamline operations and enhance productivity
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to synthesize complex data into insights and influence leaders
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving solutions
- Deep curiosity — unwilling to settle for easy or convenient answers, and driven to get to root cause
