We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) to join our FP&A team, supporting our business partner teams as well reporting and systems support.
You will partner with the FP&A Director and serve as an important contributor to allow better business partnering and efficient reporting through automation and use of AI, and planning tool support and implementation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with 3+ years of experience who enjoys technical backend work and developing AI solutions to support and automate FP&A deliverables. This is a remote position in the United States.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be
Help prepare monthly financial reviews, variance analyses, and executive-ready reporting packages.
Help translate financial results into clear insights, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
Respond to ad hoc financial requests from senior leadership with accurate analysis.
Help to develop, maintain, improve and automate reports for multiple views (leadership, board, lender, business partner)
Help guide implementation of FP&A planning tool
Support ongoing development of data, models and reports
Ensure data integrity across systems and reporting tools.
Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, reporting automation, and forecasting methodologies.
Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance planning rigor and financial discipline.
Document key processes and assumptions to improve transparency and scalability.
What You'll Need to be Successful
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical role.
Financial modeling and Excel skills (ability to develop driver-based models).
Deep technical knowledge of planning tool concepts and back end administration (e.g., Adaptive, Pigment, Anaplan, etc.)
Experience with AI technology to enhance FP&A capacity and quality of output
Pay Range Details
The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be
different in other locations.
Colorado $100,300-$160,500 (annually)
Washington $100,300-$177,200 (annually)
California $100,300-$194,300 (annually)
NYC $100,300-$194,300 (annually)
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The
successful candidate’s actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographic
location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending on
the terms of the applicable plan and the employee’s role.
