Location Overview:
Based in the 8th arrondissement and within the Parisian Golden Triangle, our beautiful Art-Deco era office benefits from luxury modern workspaces, an abundance of natural light and is easily accessible by public transport.
Role Description:
The successful person will have the opportunity to play a key role supporting our Sales Trading Desks as well as working closely with external clients, our back office, settlement teams and Client Relationship Managers. The team deals primarily with the booking, allocation and confirmation of Cash Equity and Fixed Income trades executed with our institutional clients based.
Additional responsibilities will include facing off to the Front Office, dealing with queries, managing priority clients to make sure benchmarks are met, ensuring periodic functions are performed in strict accordance with timelines and checklists, managing inbox queries and issues, following process control standards on all tasks and duties performed.
The successful person will be confident with an analytical approach to work. You will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written and be able to work in a pressurized environment whilst maintaining an attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
∙ Maintains accuracy of client portfolio using internal and external comparison tools
∙ Performs research and conducts moderately complex analyses using established techniques, including transactions that require special handling and exception handling
∙ Explores methods to enhance processes, further reduce risks, and boost client experience
∙ Partners with colleagues on the trade and sales support teams, as well as external agents
∙ Creates reports and liaises with internal partners to ensure proper client reporting and assist with regulatory reporting
∙Escalates potential risks and exposures to manager in a timely manner
∙Assists with ad-hoc projects, new processes, requiring coordination among subject matter experts representing multiple product areas or functions
