  • Major in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, or related discipline
  • Show a keen interest and passion in delivering technology solutions

  • Desirable technical skills include knowledge/experience of:

    • Programming languages such as Python and VBA

The Technology Industrial Attachment Program offers a Business Analyst role in the International Technology and Global Payments Solutions Technology (ITGPST). This team is responsible for delivering strategic and transformational change across Bank of America’s global payments and transaction services infrastructure, supporting all eight lines of business.


What you’ll do:

Key tasks and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and capture requirements
  • Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests
  • Working closely with development team(s) to refine the requirements into specifications that can be executed by the team
  • Document processes, procedures, and workflows
  • Create and maintain training materials for end-users
  • Individuals in this role possess a foundational understanding of the business/technical domain based on their specialization

Program Overview

Our Technology Industrial Attachment Program is a 6-month program (Jan – Jun 2027) designed to provide you with a unique experience based on your interests, development opportunities and current business needs. Analyst positions support teams that work on the latest technology and emerging technical trends. The Industrial Attachment program begins with an orientation and induction to the firm. You will have access to valuable on-the-job support, opportunities to connect with senior leaders and the ability to attend various networking and developmental events.

Industrial Attachment interns are given a true associate experience, as assignments mirror full-time responsibility and include goal-setting and a formal review process.
