Bloomberg Media is looking for an analytical, data-driven Subscription Growth Product Manager to be responsible for the product strategy and experimentation roadmap across top of funnel subscriber lifecycle.
WE WILL TRUST YOU TO
- Identify high-impact opportunities through data, customer insight, and market signals.
- Design, ship, and iterate on experiments quickly, building MVPs, testing hypotheses, and scaling winners.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver measurable business impact.
- Define success metrics and track performance across key subscription levers (conversions, and LTV).
- Communicate results, insights, and trade-offs clearly to leadership and cross-functional collaborators.
- Take accountability for outcomes, learning fast when experiments fail and doubling down when they win.
YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
- 3+ years of product management experience in B2C digital products, ideally on a subscription or growth-focused team.
- Hands-on experience running A/B and multivariate tests and building experimentation roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of subscription growth levers, including LTV and conversion rate optimization (CTAs), pricing and offer strategy, and content-driven acquisition
- A scrappy, builder approach comfortable moving from insight to execution without waiting for perfect conditions.
- Deep proficiency in product discovery and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with event-level data (e.g., Amplitude, SQL).
- Ability to prioritize steadfastly in a fast paced environment.
- Clear communicator who can align engineers, marketers, and senior stakeholders around a shared growth strategy.
