What is the role?

The Regional Business Analyst is a trusted partner to APAC Supply Chain leaders, supporting operational excellence and strategic decision making across the region. Combining a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations with analytical thinking, this role monitors operational performance, identifies improvement opportunities, solves complex business challenges, and supports the delivery of regional initiatives.

Working closely with market teams and global stakeholders, the Regional Business Analyst translates operational insights, performance data, and business needs into practical recommendations that improve service, efficiency, and business outcomes. The role balances hands on operational support with strategic analysis and plays a key part in driving continuous improvement across APAC while building strong partnerships across functions and markets.

We'll trust you to:

• Partner with APAC Supply Chain leaders to improve operational performance across multiple markets.
• Analyse regional operational performance, KPIs and trends to identify risks, root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop clear, data driven recommendations that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Support regional governance through operational reviews, performance reporting, action tracking, and follow up.
• Oversee APAC supply chain budgeting, working with Procurement and the CFO to monitor spend, control costs, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with regional team that enhance service, efficiency, quality and cost performance.
• Develop business requirements and collaborate with Technology teams on reporting, automation, systems and process enhancements for APAC region.
• Support regional implementation of global Supply Chain projects and change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption across markets.
• Maintain regional operational documentation, reporting standards and process governance.
• Support vendor governance activities including SLA performance, scorecards and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Build strong partnerships across Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, Procurement and other cross-functional teams to deliver successful business outcomes.
• Support regional initiatives including sustainability, business continuity planning and other strategic priorities.

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations or Business Analysis within supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience driving process improvement, operational excellence, change management, and business transformation initiatives to enhance supply chain performance and operational efficiency.
• Experience supporting regional supply chain operations—preferably across APAC—within a multinational, matrixed organization, partnering effectively with regional and global cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics, warehousing, inventory management, planning, and/or service operations.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing operational performance and translating insights into business recommendations.
• Hands-on experience using SAP and reporting or business intelligence tools (e.g. SAP SAC, Power BI, Tableau or similar) to analyze and present operational performance.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organisation.
• Bachelor’s degree or degree-equivalent qualifications.

• Experience supporting technology implementation initiatives.
• Experience managing vendor performance and operational governance.
• Certification or practical application of Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience leveraging automation, advanced analytics, and emerging AI capabilities to enhance business insights and decision-making.
