he Research Specialist will implement and administer externally funded research studies, primarily in the areas of population health, aging, and mortality. The Research Specialist will meet regularly with research team members on a team and individual basis to oversee productivity and coordinate various operational aspects of the studies, including protocol implementation, quality control/assurance, regulatory compliance (e.g., IRB submissions), data management, progress reports, and administration. They will also work directly with the PI to develop study protocols and standard operating procedures, maintain study documentation, conduct literature reviews, strategize and lead internal and external communication efforts related to the research, and coordinate among team members.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree required and 1-3 years of experience
