- Provide and Analyse Data to support delivery of papers and strategic consulting projects.
- Collect, validate, and use data to deliver informed recommendations and decisions.
- Track and analyse market trends; produce written reports based on developing trends.
- Produce short research papers or white papers using trends, publicly available data sets and CBRE acquired data sets.
- Undertake research on given markets and sectors to support delivery of market trend/thought leadership papers to the client.
- Gather and produce accurate real estate related information to determine market projections and trends.
- Create and analyse market statistics and corresponding materials, including the production of client presentations and reports.
- Play a team role in presenting the findings to the client, and internal stakeholders.
- Preparation, analysis, and maintenance of data including the merging of data from various internal and external sources.
- Collaboration in the creation of comprehensive and in-depth market reports on current trends in the real estate market or regions and cities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or relevant field
- Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
- Advanced skills in Excel, ArcGIS, Tableau, or similar platforms for data visualization
- At least 3 years' experience working in the research field
- Background working in real estate or petrol industry is highly advantageous
