As a CBRE Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for comprehensive data mining, reporting, and interpretation of company performance metrics, primarily focusing on financial and project management data. You will leverage your analytical and technical skills to identify efficiencies, enhance workflows, and support strategic decision-making for our clients and internal teams.
Transform complex data into actionable insights, driving performance improvements across our critical healthcare facility operations. This hybrid role is based in Dallas, TX, and offers the flexibility of working remotely for the majority of the week, with a requirement to be on-site at our Dallas administrative office at least once a week.
This job is part of the Data Science & Analytics job function. They are responsible for reviewing data that supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence.
What You’ll Do:- Analyze diverse financial, work order, procurement, and project management datasets to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for process and efficiency improvements within healthcare facilities.
- Design, build, and maintain compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Smartsheet, Tableau, or Power BI, translating complex information into clear, actionable reports for stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and implement enhancements to programs and workflows, championing continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Manage database integrity, meticulously review information accuracy, and respond to data-related inquiries from management and vendors.
- Work independently while engaging effectively with internal departments and external clients to facilitate project implementations and resolve issues. Your strong ownership and time management skills will be crucial in this predominantly remote, yet collaborative, setting.
- Establish and maintain benchmarks and performance metrics, providing critical oversight for our supported hospital and clinic facilities.
- Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Exceptional ability to dissect complex data, identify patterns, and formulate innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical insights for both technical and non-technical audiences, including client-facing interactions.
- Proven capacity to manage time effectively, work independently, and take full ownership of responsibilities in a dynamic hybrid work setting.
- Solid understanding of database management principles and experience with scenario planning tools.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
