About the Role:
As a CBRE Business Systems Sr. Consultant – Technology Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of complex business systems solutions, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals and objectives.
You will leverage your advanced expertise to drive innovation and efficiency across multiple disciplines within the organization and across a complex technology stack.
You will be a client focal point for the resolution of Information security requests, and will lead data governance and data quality initiatives across the technical environment.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement advanced business systems solutions to meet organizational needs and improve efficiency
Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of business systems projects.
Collaborating with client and internal stakeholders to document business requirements.
Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing client,
individual, and organizational objectives
Provide expert guidance and coaching to team members, fostering the development of in-depth
knowledge and expertise across a complex technical environment
Solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions, having a broad positive impact on the client and CBRE
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system
enhancements
Ensure the successful integration of new systems with existing infrastructure, minimizing disruption to
business operations
Monitor and evaluate the performance of business systems, making recommendations for
improvements as needed
Investigate and respond to information security requests from the client following a structured process
and leveraging and collaborating with internal experts and stakeholders as required.
Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders to develop, implement and maintain data governance
and data quality policies and procedures.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new technologies and
methodologies into business systems solutions
Communicate complex ideas and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
Proven experience in developing and implementing complex business systems solutions
Strong expertise in business systems analysis, design, and implementation
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders along with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels
Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into business systems solutions
Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for
improvement and driving change
Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, R, and data
visualization software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for the Business Systems Senior Consultant - Technology Manager is between $130,000 annually and $140,000 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
