  • Pull, validate, and organize data for recurring reports and operational reviews
  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Partner with peers and immediate stakeholders to ensure timely completion of operational deliverables
  • Clearly communicate status, questions, and issues to your manager or designated leads

What You’ll Need

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in an operations, analyst, coordinator, or support role (internships included)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
  • Basic analytical skills with comfort working in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and ask questions
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Passion for pets and their health

Bonus

  • Exposure to operational systems, data tools, or reporting platforms
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or healthcare-related operations

The base salary range for this role is $68,500 - $114,000.
