Senior Financial Analyst

Bellevue, WA – Finance – Full time

Job Description:

What you’ll do:

• Lead financial planning, reporting, and budgeting support for the marketing organization.

• Build and maintain financial reporting and planning/forecasting infrastructure to provide transparency into the performance of the marketing business.

• Design reporting and perform analysis demonstrating Hyperion financial planning, SQL, Tableau, Oracle, and Excel.

• Conduct daily and weekly business review reporting production, make callouts and generate performance commentary for senior leadership.

• Analyze business results to call out areas of opportunity and make recommendations, supported by write-ups and tables suitable for senior leadership review.

• Participate heavily in the creation of monthly and quarterly business reviews.

• Develop month close processes and audit financial operations to improve accounting accuracy, business insight, and efficiency.

• Collaborate with stakeholders in a fast paced business environment.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Financial Quantitative Analysts or related position/occupation.

• Alternate Education and Experience: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 1 year of experience as a Financial Quantitative Analysts or related position/occupation.

• Full term of experience must include:

  • Using data and analytics to drive insight into business drivers and recommend business decisions;

  • Budgeting forecasting, and variance analysis;

  • Analytical, discernment, and technical finance modeling skills using large data sets;

  • Excel and financial reporting software;

  • Proficiency with SQL, Tableau.

• Experience must also include:

  • Digital advertising, e-commerce.

The base salary range for this role is $95,599 to $152,500 per year.

• The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
