Job Description:
What you’ll do:
Lead financial planning, reporting, and budgeting support for the marketing organization.
Build and maintain financial reporting and planning/forecasting infrastructure to provide transparency into the performance of the marketing business.
Design reporting and perform analysis demonstrating Hyperion financial planning, SQL, Tableau, Oracle, and Excel.
Conduct daily and weekly business review reporting production, make callouts and generate performance commentary for senior leadership.
Analyze business results to call out areas of opportunity and make recommendations, supported by write-ups and tables suitable for senior leadership review.
Participate heavily in the creation of monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Develop month close processes and audit financial operations to improve accounting accuracy, business insight, and efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders in a fast paced business environment.
What you’ll need:
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Financial Quantitative Analysts or related position/occupation.
Alternate Education and Experience: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 1 year of experience as a Financial Quantitative Analysts or related position/occupation.

Full term of experience must include:
Using data and analytics to drive insight into business drivers and recommend business decisions;
Budgeting forecasting, and variance analysis;
Analytical, discernment, and technical finance modeling skills using large data sets;
Excel and financial reporting software;
Proficiency with SQL, Tableau.

Experience must also include:
Digital advertising, e-commerce.

The base salary range for this role is $95,599 to $152,500 per year.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
