We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager/Associate Director to lead our sub-team in the development and management of par savings products. This role will be instrumental in shaping product propositions and driving initiatives that respond to market needs and sales requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Product Leader in leading a workgroup focused on par savings product initiatives, including product feature design, regulatory changes, and development projects.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, such as Actuarial, Finance, IT, Operations, Distribution Channels, Marketing, and Compliance, to drive the end-to-end insurance product development cycle, including pipeline management and approval processes.
- Conduct thorough market and product analysis, along with product testing, to inform product specifications and user requirements.
- Propose and monitor premium discount campaigns and manage special requests from sales teams regarding par savings products.
- Ensure that all product materials are compliant with the latest regulatory guidelines and best practices.
- Support various business development initiatives related to product promotion.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on product development and management.
- Demonstrated accountability and ownership, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in leading a small team is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills is preferred.
