As Lead CRM Engineer here at Chubb, you will lead the delivery of a critical Claims CRM platform for adjusters across North America. In this high-impact role, you drive technology planning, solution design, and oversee the full software development lifecycle, including testing new product features. You will collaborate closely with data, engineering, and business teams to support effective decision-making and teamwork. You bring a proven record of leading transformative technology initiatives, deep technical and insurance industry expertise, and extensive experience guiding process and engineering teams within an agile framework.
In this role, you will:
- Lead successful delivery of claims adjuster platform integrated features with MS Dynamics CRM, including maintenance and support
- Partner with the business product owners, enterprise architects and other product team members to document and groom product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an agile development environment
- Work with technical experts to support and ensure that the technical design aligns with business needs, and ensure compliance with enterprise IT policies, best practices, standards and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex CRM development projects on-time, on-budget, and in accordance with client specifications
- Manage day-to-day activities of global teams through effective communication within the team, externally with other teams, business customers and senior leaders
10+ years of proven working experience designing and implementing solutions in CRM tools, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure
Technical experience setting up Azure DevOps pipeline and platform integrations with cloud-based data providers and APIs
Strong insurance business or claims processing acumen
Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
Experience with JIRA, Service Now, Clarity and Azure DevOps
Experience being part of high-performance agile teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong team emphasis and relationship building skills; partners well with business and other IT areas
Ability to be proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative, inquisitive, and persistent
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The pay range for the role is $175,000 to $220,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
