Join us as a Business Delivery Analyst (BDA) and play a key role in advancing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. In this full-time position, you’ll partner directly with application owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to formalize and streamline access management processes. Your work will ensure we meet organizational policies, regulatory standards, and technology best practices. With us, you’ll lead the transition from legacy access management systems to modern IAM/IGA solutions, while also driving ongoing enhancements and process improvements. Your ability to influence outcomes, gather and document requirements, analyze business needs, and foster collaboration will be essential to the successful implementation and adoption of our IAM solutions.

  • Proven experience in analyzing and summarizing complex processes, with the ability to articulate findings to appropriate audiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, with at least 2 years of experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in gathering, documenting, and validating functional requirements for business or technology projects
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to complex systems with minimal supervision and limited documentation
  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, tools, and best practices is highly desirable
  • Experience working on projects involving system migrations, decommissioning, or IAM tool implementations is a plus
