Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Analyst with 7-10 years of experience to lead workforce management initiatives and drive executive reporting within our Technology function. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in program management, strategic workforce planning, and executive-level communication, ensuring alignment of technology resources with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Workforce Management
Develop and implement workforce strategies to optimize resource allocation and utilization across technology teams.
Lead capacity planning, skills assessment, and talent deployment to support project delivery and organizational growth.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast workforce needs and address skill gaps.

Executive Reporting
Design and deliver high-impact executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
Analyze program performance metrics, resource utilization, and business outcomes to provide actionable insights.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of program status, risks, and achievements.

Program Leadership
Oversee multiple, complex technology programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Drive cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and change management initiatives.
Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables, mitigating risks and resolving issues proactively.

Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance workforce management processes and reporting frameworks.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
7-10 years of progressive experience in program management, preferably within technology or IT functions.
Proven track record in workforce management, resource planning, and executive reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with program management tools, data visualization platforms, and reporting software.
