Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? Chubb is seeking a talented Business Finance Analyst to support our Divisional Finance Officers and drive business performance across Australia & New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver management reporting, profit & loss reviews, and support forecasting and annual planning
- Prepare monthly reporting packs and contribute to month-end close activities
- Analyze premium production results and financial performance metrics, providing insightful commentary
- Maintain acquisition cost accounting and ensure accuracy in financial records
- Manage TM1 and Cognos records, support report production, and collaborate on system mapping
- Assist with strategic planning for P&C products
- Prepare presentations and financial commentaries for business meetings
- Collaborate with D&A and FP&A teams, supporting ad hoc requests
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
- 3+ years of practical experience (preferably in commercial insurance)
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Proven success in collaborative, team-oriented environments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with financial systems/tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Qlik, TM1 PCW, Peoplesoft, Power BI, Alteryx (preferred)
- Experience accessing and interrogating data warehouses
- Adaptability and attention to detail
- Prior experience in the insurance financial sector is highly desirable

Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or other related business degree.
- 3+ years of related practical experience preferably in commercial insurance sector.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and tools including, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Qlik, TM1 PCW, Peoplesoft, Power BI and Alteryx (preferred).

- Ability to access data stored in warehouses and interrogate it efficiently.
- Highly skilled at communicating ideas, issues, and other complex scenarios to all areas of the organisation, from Senior Management to team members.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
