Support the development and scaling of the regional value proposition for Consumer Line products in Latin America. Ensure customer relevance, technical profitability, operational simplicity, and strategic consistency, aligned with company objectives, underwriting discipline, and digital expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Value Proposition
Contribute to the design and implementation of the regional value proposition strategy for Consumer Lines, considering customer needs and market priorities.
Assist in defining product portfolio, coverages, benefits, riders, and pricing models by segment and channel.

Support the creation of clear, simple, and scalable propositions adaptable to traditional, digital, and embedded insurance models.
Go-to-Market & Channels
Participate in the development of go-to-market strategies for new value propositions, considering distribution channels such as brokers, affinities, telcos, banks, retail, and digital platforms.

Collaborate with Distribution, BD, Consumer Proposition, and Marketing teams in preparing commercial messages, journeys, and sales materials.
Innovation & Customer
Analyze customer insights, data, and trends to inform product development.
Support pilots, experimentation models, and launches of new products and distribution models in the region.

Contribute to ensuring a consistent and differentiated customer experience throughout the product lifecycle.
Governance & Regional Coordination
Work closely with local country teams to help balance regional standards and local flexibility.
Assist in ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate policies.
Prepare supporting materials for strategic proposals to Regional Committees and Senior Management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economy, or related field.
MBA desirable.
- 3–7 years of experience in insurance, ideally in Consumer, Life or A&H lines.
Experience supporting product design, value proposition, or regional portfolio.
Exposure to multiple Latin American countries preferred.

Experience working with traditional and digital/embedded channels.
